Explore Morocco’s imperial cities, the Sahara Desert, and the stunning Rif Mountains on an 8-day adventure.
Arrive in Marrakech, Morocco’s vibrant cultural hub. After a warm welcome at the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel or riad. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna Square.
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Marrakech’s most famous landmarks. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs. Explore the vibrant souks and the Jemaa el-Fna Square, where you can experience the hustle and bustle of the city.
Depart Marrakech early in the morning, heading towards Casablanca. In Casablanca, visit the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world. Continue to Rabat, where you’ll explore the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, and Mausoleum of Mohammed V.
Travel to Chefchaouen, the famous blue city nestled in the Rif Mountains. Wander through its charming narrow streets lined with blue-painted buildings. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
After breakfast, continue your journey to Fes, one of the most ancient and well-preserved cities in Morocco. Upon arrival, start exploring the Medina with a local guide, visiting historical sites like the Al Quaraouiyine University, Bou Inania Medersa, and the tanneries.
Today, embark on a scenic journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through towns like Ifrane and Azrou. Continue towards Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Arrive in Merzouga and take a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi to spend the night in a traditional desert camp.
Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the Sahara Desert. After breakfast, ride camels back to Merzouga. Continue your journey through the Dades Valley, passing by breathtaking Todra Gorges. Visit Ouarzazate, known for its film studios and kasbahs. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
After breakfast, head back to Marrakech via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. On the way, stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. You’ll arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon, where your journey ends with a transfer to the airport or hotel. End of the tour.
